The integrated system for large leak detection, helium filling, and helium recovery ensures precise and efficient testing. Specifically, the helium detection equipment features a specialized helium leak detector from INFICON Germany, ensuring that the large leak detection is conducted at 3.0-3.5 MPa, with a leakage rate controlled within 2 g/a.
